Transaction Entered Amount Becomes $0 In OTBI Analysis When DFF Fields Are Selected

Goal

When creating an OTBI Analysis using the subject area "Receivables - Transactions Real Time", if I select the fields "Transaction Number" and "Transaction Entered Amount" to create the analysis, I can see the actual amounts by Transaction Number. However, when I add DFF fields from Transaction Details > General Information (such as Budget Source, Radio Call Letters, Radio Client, etc. - these are just examples, but all DFF fields results in the same), the "Transaction Entered Amount" in the analysis turns into $0 for all transactions. I also found that adding a native field "Purchase Order" to the OTBI analysis also results in the "Transaction Entered Amount" in the analysis turning into $0 for all transactions.

This is significantly impacting Pandora's business end users' ability to perform their job functions, because the DFFs are key fields to report on for Finance Receivables reporting. This issue prevents end users to be able to create essential reports in OTBI. Please advise when this issue will be fixed.
