Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Duplicate contacts, accounts, opportunities, and more after synchronizing CRM Outlook objects

User has every opportunity he creates duplicating at 0% with no dollar amount. In Outlook he has multiple folders duplicating and copying over and over.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Do not have duplicated folders in CRM Outlook and Sales Cloud

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run sync in CRM Outlook
