The "Enrollment Changed" Email Does Not Contain an iCalendar Link to Update the Enrolled User's Calendar (Doc ID 2080652.1)

When an enrollment is changed and users receive the Enrollment Changed email message, there is no iCalendar link in the email to update the user's external email calendar.
