An unknown error (class java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError) has occurred. Please contact your system administrator.
To help us track this error, please note the date and time in your report: 2015-11-18 09:22:00.
Could not initialize class

Users cannot preview the documents in doc engine with the error message shown below:
