On : 126.96.36.199.0 version, Microsoft Outlook, Issues with Exhaustive Logging
Enable Exhaustive Logging for Outlook client using Options > Advance > Configure > change the logging policy to exhaustive > select OK > Restart Outlook.
However when the Logging and Reporting Configure screen is opened again, the logging policy gets reverted back to "Custom".
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Follow steps in 'How_to_enable_and_collect_advanced_logs_for_OracleSalesCloudforOutlook_a.pdf' to enable 'Exhaustive logging.
2. Close the Options screen and open it back again.
3. Logging option is reverted from Exhaustive to Custom.This is true with any Logging level setting, not just 'Exhaustive'.
