Employee Unable To View Talent Score (Doc ID 2081271.1)

Goal

Employees are unable to view their Talent Review Scores on the Profile Card. why? Talent Scores are viewable by the Manager on the Profile card and Career Planning page. Employees have access through Manage Profile Types and Employee View is enabled in the Talent Score Instance Qualifier. However, the employee is not have access to Talent Scores. Please help us determine how employees can gain access to view Talent Scores?
