Attempting To Connect To The Configuration Utility Hangs, Non-Responsive (Doc ID 2081289.1)

Opening Configuration Utility it is responsive when not connected. After attempting to connect, the Configuration Utility hangs and does not connect. The Configuration Utility logs do not show any errors, only the configuration utility attempting to connect.

Configuration Utility requires to be shut down via task manager. Shows it the following error in Windows Event Viewer;

The program javaw.exe version stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control Panel.



 The change in the environment that causes this issue is a change to the setting during connection phase in the Configuration Utility. If it is changed to a port that is in use, specifically port 9000 or 9500.
