Symptoms

Only a specific workflow is not sending email notifications.

Email notifications for other workflows are being sent successfully.

SalesServer_1-Diagnostic.log shows: "Ignoring Mandatory Flag. ListBinding:LOV_TemplateNameTransient has nullvalue position set to 'none' in oracle.apps.crmCommon.extensibility.content.notificationService.view.EmailNotificationVO"
