Create Opportunity: Selecting Business Unit clears out other fields

When creating an opportunity, we noticed that selecting a Business unit causes to clear out or reset other fields.
1. Create opportunity
2. Populate Oppty Name, Closed Date, Strategic Value and Opportunity Type
3. Change Business Unit
4. Closed Date is updated to the default value, strategic value is set to blank
