Contact Page Search Shows Wrong Display in the Watermark of the search (Doc ID 2081773.1)

Symptoms

On : 10.1.10.0.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In contact card view page the search input shows greyed out in the background the text 'Contact Owner'.
The search works correctly if you enter the contact name but the fact is that you can see in watermark 'Contact Owner' instead of the usual 'Name starts with'

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

In contact card view page the search input should show watermarked the usual 'Name starts with' instead of 'Contact Owner'

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In SUI click the Contacts icon
2. In the Contact Card View you will verify that in the Search input you can see watermarked 'Contact Owner'
3. If you do a search by Name the correct results are displayed
