When attempting to add a user (Full/BuyAccess Logins) which already exists on a site that is integrated with OSC, the expected error is "This User already Exists".  Instead, the following Null Pointer Exception error is returned: 

An Unknown Error ( has occurred. Please contact your system administrator

Due to this issue, when attempting to create a new user that already exists, the Creator does not know why this error is occurring.


A site integrated with OSC is upgraded to any Oracle CPQ Cloud 2014 R2 or later version.
