Login Modal Sometimes Does Not Appear When Accessing Authorized Area While Not Logged in. (Doc ID 2081951.1)

Does not prompt to log in when attempting to access an authorized area while not logged in.

Reproducible Steps:

1. Go to storefront site.
2. Click “Order Status” link while logged out.


Login window does not come up.  The issue seems to be intermittent.


The login window should appear.
