How can a sales manager/call centre manager has to get notified based on the condition while processing a lead?
 
I have listed few business scenarios where a sales manager/call centre manager has to get notified based on the condition while processing a lead.

1 Mail notification to Call centre Manager if lead is not updated within 1hour by Call centre agent
2 Mail Notification to Sales Manager if lead is not updated within 1hour by Sales Coordinator
3 Lead remainder for every 4 hours if lead is not updated after assignment
4 Mail to Sales Manager if lead is not updated within 24hour
5 Mail to customer when lead is assigned to sales rep
6 Mail notification to customer when a field call status is updated to 'Not Responded'
7 Thank u mail to customer if sales stage or opportunity status is 'Won Sale'
8 Mail notification to Sales Manager,Call centre manager if sales stage or Opportunity status is 'Lost Sale'
