Fusion Talent Management: Error Popup When Trying To Add An Employee Under Review Population (Doc ID 2082693.1)

While HR creating the Talent Review, when HR try to add a particular employee under review population, getting the error as below

"One or more persons selected are not assigned to a manager and cannot be added to the review population. The persons who are assigned to a manager will be added as participants. Do you want to continue?"
