Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User tried to import attachments into accounts useing file based import.
Attachments load got completed successfully but not visible in UI

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The attachments should be displayed in the accounts

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do a file based import and provide a zip file with all the attachments
2. Verify the import completes successfully but the attachments are not seen in the UI

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the correct attachments under the accounts
