In UAE, employer contribution should be 15% and employee contribution in social insurance is 5% (i.e., pension).

By addition the exception type either employee will pay both or employer will pay both or the third option but system is considering 12.5% as employer part and 5% as employee part. We are getting the differences in employer part where it should be 15% not 12.5% in any case (either it is govt. or private).

The requirements related to Abu Dhabi Retirement Pensions and Benefits Fund are currently not supported. For employers in Abu Dhabi, the appropriate Abu Dhabi Retirement Pensions and Benefits Fund contributions should be calculated instead of the regular UAE Social Insurance contributions.
