Symptoms

On :  11.1.10.0.0 version, Performance

When navigating in leads object ,
the following error occurs on different actions

ERROR

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 354, Server Domain: CRMDomain,
Server Instance: SalesServer_HA, Application Name: SalesApp.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. SUI > Leads > Edit a lead > navigate eg > Contact subtab
2. get error


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot navigate in leads without such error (looks not blocking)
