Taleo Import Process Stuck in Running Status (Doc ID 2083942.1)

Goal

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Taleo Integration

The batch process Import Oracle Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service Data was run and observed to be still running approximately 3 weeks later.

This process was cancelled many times as it was blocking subsequent processes from being run but no luck. Some processes were force cancelled but they stayed in 'Cancelling' status.
