Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Reconciliation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Receivables to Ledger Reconciliation report is showing value in unapplied and unidentified receipts but when verified those receipts it is actually applied
Report shows value in Non-Receivables Begin Balance but after drill down the page is blank.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Report should show correct data

1. Run receivables to Ledger Reconciliation report

Due to this issue, users cannot reconcile receivables to ledger.
