TCC: Importing a User Account's Time Zone Requires Java Time Zone Names (Doc ID 2084784.1)

TCC User update to change the Timezone of a user results in a 'success' message, but when the user account is viewed in SmartOrg the time zone was not changed.


Problem occurs with  time zone names (data file) like   '6', 'PST', 'EST'
