TCC: User import error, MissingRecipientException: Missing 'To' and 'Cc'

TCC User merge problem fails with errors seen below:

1. Error in polling step

"Taleo Connect Client has stopped the polling step because the document has the status interrupted in the Taleo Product".


Note: Above is a generic error message.  To get the real error one must use the TCC console as shown below:


2. Error in the zone's response (see: sd6401 - Finding Errors in the Taleo Connect Client Console Profile (Doc ID 1047917.1)  )
