TCC User merge problem fails with errors seen below:
1. Error in polling step
"Taleo Connect Client has stopped the polling step because the document has the status interrupted in the Taleo Product".
2. Error in the zone's response (see: sd6401 - Finding Errors in the Taleo Connect Client Console Profile (Doc ID 1047917.1) )
