Unable to search Eloqua Campaign In CRM Tags in Publish (Doc ID 2085014.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to search an Eloqua Campaign after logging in with Eloqua credentials, the Eloqua campaign cannot be searched for.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All the existing campaigns should be searchable under Tags in SRM


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new campaign in Eloqua
2. Navigate to SRM Publish -> Admin -> Tags
3. Login into Eloqua in Import Tags section
4. Search for the Tag created in Step 1
