Unable to Access Primavera Analytics in the Unifier Cloud Environment (Doc ID 2085189.1)

Symptoms

When logging into an Oracle Hosted Unifier Cloud Environment, users cannot access Primavera Analytics from the Primavera or Construction and Engineering Cloud Portal page. The icon for Primavera Analytics displays:  "You do not have access to Primavera Analytics. Refer to Primavera Analytics Sales page for more details."

Or

When accessing the Unifier environment from the Cloud Portal Page and then navigating to Company Workspace > Admin Mode > There is no "Analytics" node displayed in the list.
