Last updated on OCTOBER 17, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle BigMachines CPQ Cloud Service - Version 11.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Purpose

Oracle CRM On Demand functionality can be extended by utilizing custom objects and creating new fields, tabs, and page layouts. The customizations outlined in this document enable customers to plug their BigMachines instance directly into their CRM On Demand instance and access BigMachines by logging into CRM.  This guide will explain the necessary customizations one must make to CRM On Demand so that BigMachines can integrate with it.

! Each customer may have different requirements for the integration. For the most part, these varying requirements can be met by adding additional attributes to BigMachines and CRM and by modifying XSLs in BigMachines.
