Goal

In the Sales Compensation workaround, the Reports and Analytics panel has the tool bar that allows users to create new analysis and go to BI Analytics.

This document will show how to disable the tool bar for users with "Incentive Compensation Participant" role but allow the participant manager to still have access to the tool bar.
