Enhancement Request: 'Add Date' Is Not Picking Up Client's Local Time.

On : Cloud: P6 Application
'Add Date' is not picking up client's computer time.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Navigate to Activities Tab.
2. Add column 'Added Date'.
3. Create new Activity and save.
The time in 'Added Date' is not matched with client's computer time which be displayed at right bottom of desktop.
The 'Add Date' should display client's local time.
