Symptoms

 After R10 UPGRADE icons have changed or are missing in Simplified UI, for example, under Sales, some users can see the "Account" icon, while others can see the "Customers" icon.

Changes

In R10 a profile option controlling the access to one of the two interfaces was introduced: 'FND_CLASSIC_INTERFACE'
