Goal

 Create Payment not validating payment method while selecting invoices.
Setup Payment Method 'Regions Credit Card', assigned this method to Payment Process Profile and in the Payment template.
Creating quick payment with payment method 'Regions Credit Card' with associated Bank Account, PPR and Payment Document, Oracle Payments is allowing to select invoices other than 'Regions Credit Card.
