Direct Contacts are read only in Outlook (Doc ID 2085736.1)

On : version, Microsoft Outlook

After double clicking on a shared Sales Cloud contact in Outlook, error is displayed as "this record is read-only based on the rules established by your administrator"
This is a direct contact as per Doc 2005032.1 and are editable in SUI

Direct contacts should be editable in Outlook

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Outlook, open Contacts, select the contact and double click on it.
2. Receive error.
