Activity Due Date Not Syncing from OSC to Outlook (Doc ID 2085744.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

REL10UPG - Activity Due Date not syncing

Customer created a new Activity in Outlook and then synchronized it with Sales Cloud. Customer then logged into Sales Cloud and updated the Due Date. After doing a full synchronization with Outlook , the Due Date field was not updated in Outlook. It still showed the original values for Due Date

COM exception occurred: Microsoft Outlook: The due date of a task cannot occur before its start date. (0x80020009 Exception occurred.) ( 0x80004005)


STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new Task Activity in Outlook. Set it to have a Start Date and Due Date of 11/17.
2. Synchronize the activity with Sales Cloud. Sales Cloud shows correct data.
3. In Sales Cloud, change change the Due Date to 11/11/2015.
4. Synchronize the changes back down to Outlook. Due Date retains the original value from Outlook; i.e. Due Date does not get updated.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot change due date in SUI and synchronize it back to Outlook
