On : REL10 version, Microsoft Outlook 2013

When attempting to Synchronize,
the following error occurs.

Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook has encountered an error. Please contact your system administrator

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. install OSC for Outlook addin
2. Open Outlook
3. Fill in the credentials and URL
4. Perform 1-st synchronization
5. Error occurs
