Symptoms

On Fusion Applications 11.1.10.0.0:

When the user attempts to create Customization Set Migration (CSM) export  in Source environment they encounter an Incident error and the Export Jar is created empty or 0 bytes :

ERROR As Shown in the Customization Set Migration Export Screen (Log) link :

Navigate to Tools >Customization Migration
Click on Export tab and create a (CSM )Set
