Incident Error During Creation Of Customization Set Migration Export Set In Source Environment (Doc ID 2086261.1)

On Fusion Applications

When the user attempts to create Customization Set Migration (CSM) export  in Source environment they encounter an Incident error and the Export Jar is created empty or 0 bytes :

An application error occurred. Se the incident log for more information

a more detailed description of this incident: 3, Server Domain : CommonDomain, Server Instance:
HelpPortalServer_1,Application Name:HelpPortalApp.

Navigate to Tools >Customization Migration
Click on Export tab and create a (CSM )Set
