Symptoms

On : Release 9 version, Global Payroll

When attempting to run Quick Pay the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error was encountered when processing payroll relationship 20xxx-1 where xxx varies by user
There is no suspense account applicable for this employee
FLEX-VALUE IS DISABLED {VALUE}=7200
Invalid code combination:
01.5111006.00.7200.00.00.00.0000.00.000

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Calculate quick pay
2. Process error
