Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Saved timesheets do not follow the hours set in the setting, "Restrict maximum hours a resource can enter per day".

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect timesheet to restrict users to limits set.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into P6 Web.
2. Create a project with 4 activities and assign a resource to all 4 activities.
3. Log into Team Member as the resource.
4. Set "Restrict maximum hours a resource can enter per day" to 24 hours.
5. On Timesheets tab, create a timesheet and enter 8 hours per activity on a single day, totaling 32 hours for 1 day.
6. Save the timesheet. Error as expected.
7. Remove hours on two activities, resulting in 16 hours for 1 day.
8. Save the timesheet. Successful as expected.
9. Add 8 hours each to remaining 2 activities, resulting in 32 total hours for 1 day.
10. Save the timesheet. Able to save without error.
