ADF_FACES-60097 when navigating to Leads

On : version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

When attempting to open the Leads portion of the site,
the following error occurs.

ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096: Server Exception during PPR, #3

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Leads page within the application.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create or modify leads.
