Symptoms

Unable to submit Accrual Reconciliation Report.

Unable to submit Accrual Reconciliation Report - When click on Business Unit LOV - system is timing out and getting portlet error message.

Error:
Connection to server has failed (status = 500)

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Go to Scheduled process
2. Search for the "Accrual Reconciliation Report" job
3. On the Pararmers UI, lookup the BU LOV
4. It takes long time then produce the above error.
