The following error message keeps appearing in "Manage Duplicate Resolution Requests" - "An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information."
1. Open 'Manage Duplicate Resolution Requests' .
2. Select a request and drill into the Request ID.
3. Press Retry
4. Press Next - This is when the error message appears
