Symptoms

Fusion Application users are NOT able to access OIM (in the target environment) after performing a P2T (Production To Test) migration.


Steps To Reproduce the Issue

1. Perform P2T from Production to Test environment

2. Login to Fusion Application as admin user (who has IT Security Manager job role)

3. Try to access OIM in Test Environment by using any of the following setup tasks

    a) Manage Job Roles

    b) Create Implementation Users

4. Try to login using direct URL for OIM https://<<fusionappsoimhostname>>/oim 

5. User cannot access OIM and a blank page comes up
