On : 22.214.171.124.0 version, Activity Management
When attempting to import Activity of type Call Report,
the following error occurs.
This row cannot be imported because the parent Activity record has errors.A matching record of type Activity cannot be found using the value of the attribute PARENT_ACTIVITY_NUMBER that you provided. Cause: No record exists with the specified user key value. Action: Verify that the record with the specified user key exists. If it does not exist, then remove the record from the data file, or update the record with a valid user key.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import Activity of type Call Report.
