On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Performance

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For multiple employees the addresses are missing in Benefits Extract

Employee have a valid address on the "Manage Person" screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to see employees address in extracted file

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Benefits > Evaluation and Reporting > Manage Extracts > Submit

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Employees are not getting the proper benefits coverage. users cannot send any updates to benefits providers because of this issue.
