Employee unable to Edit Contact Information
When the employee navigates to About Me > Personal Information > Edit > Contact , he/she is unable to Add contacts.
When clicked on Add(+ Icon) > Phone or Email nothing happens.
When tries to click on 'Other Communication Accounts' an below error pops up - once it was 'java.lang.NullPointerException' and other time it was 'Cannot get property 'BusinessGroupId' on null object.
At times it allows to add Email and brings in a row to enter the details. But the next time nothing happens. No consistent behavior.
