Integration: Default Contact Fields Provisioned with SFDC Naming Even when Using a Different CRM

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Provisioning integration with a CRM always populates Eloqua with Salesforce-named (SFDC) contact fields ( > Database Setup > Fields & Views > expand Contact Fields). It does not create fields with the relevant names for other CRMs (e.g. CRM On Demand, MS Dynamics).
