Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

XML Import Jobs fail to run and remain stuck in a Pending state.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The XML Import job status should move from Pending to Running to Complete in a timely manner.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Import an XML file from the P6 Professional Client.
  2. Monitor the job status.
