Emergency Contact Add issue - Thailand Employees

1. Employee is not able to add emergency contact using About Me

2. Navigation: About Me > Personal Information > My Details > Edit > Contacts
    Tab(third selection on left) > Click on + to add contact

3. Enter the details and clicking on save error is generated.

"You must provide a value for the attribute Last Name.
Attribute OrderName in PersonNameDEO is required."
