ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Cannot Retrieve Invoice in RA_INTERFACE_LINES table using Manage AutoInvoice Lines Excel Template

Cannot Retrieve Invoice in RA_INTERFACE_LINES table using Manage AutoInvoice Lines Excel Template. Data exists in the ra_interface_lines_all table but we are unable to view it using the Manage AutoInvoice Lines Template

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to be able to view the AutoInvoice lines, so that corrections can be applied.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 Oracle Fusion Receivables
2. Billing
3. Upload Transactions

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot modify records as they exist in the interface table
