Destination Audio Not Played On Click to Call Cloud Call

I have added an audio destination in a link
When I try with my mobile phone as a phone number (destination), the file is played and heard without problem.
But when I'm using the real phone number of the customer service which is a NAS (architecture Service Node + rerouting to the final phone number), the audio file is not played (as if it was played somewhere before the target agent in the rooting process?). Do you have some specific settings to make it work in these conditions ?
