Unable to Log into OTM/GTM Cloud as Primary Administrator (DBA.ADMIN) (Doc ID 2090170.1)

Symptoms

 

You are not able to log into OTM as you are being prompted to change your OTM password.  

Either you do not know your current password or the password you are entering is not being accepted.

The password prompt screen will look like:

If instead, you see this screen below you are being prompted for your myServices SSO user password (not the OTM DBA.ADMIN user password).
