On Oracle Sales Cloud Rel 9.2
The customer is trying to delete account record but after getting the prompt of deletion and click OK. The system didn't show any error messages. When they tried to search for the same account again, they are able to locate this record in the system.
The delete message appears and customer confirms by clicking OK and then the account is not deleted.
