Need user entity and DBIs for table ANC_PER_ABS_TYPE_ENTRIES

The need is to interface Absence data out to third party systems and payroll providers via HCM Extract.
We have business requirements that necessitate enabling Advanced Mode for Absence recording.
(Advanced mode allows e.g. recurring Absences or absences with gaps.)

The database table that store the advanced Absence records is ANC_PER_ABS_TYPE_ENTRIES.
However, there is no user entity and no database items that return the content of that table.

It is needed a user entity that returns that table, stand-alone and/or joined together with ANC_PER_ABS_ENTRIES.

It would be best if this User Entity worked similarly to the existing User Entity ABS_EXT_ENTRY_PERF_UE, with the same or similar contexts.
