Update Of Identity Domain Name Causes Inability to Access The Service, Does Not Change Endpoint URL, Or Has No Effect

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After updating the Identity Domain Name to a new name, you experience one of the following symptoms:
- You cannot access the service any more.
- The new name is accepted and accessing the service with it works, but the endpoint URL remains the old one with the old name.
